Интервью с руководителем отдела разработки «ГосБук», Артемом Паньковым, состоялось 26 июля 2010 года.
Как появился проект? Для каких целей он создавался?
Проект задумывался изначально для поддержки взаиммодействия экспертов в рамках Совета при Президенте Российской Федерации по развитию информационного общества в Российской Федерации, однако позже перерос в нечто большее.
Были ли на момент появления проекта какие-то аналогичные зарубежные проекты, на которые вы как-то ровнялись?
Да, аналогичные проекты есть, правда я не готов на данный момент привести ссылки.
Почему именно такое название, как оно родилось?
Собственно говоря, вряд ли оно нуждается в расшифровке. Поскольку акценты сменились в сторону социальности, была проведена аналогия с Facebook. Поскольку сеть государственная, было предложение назвать ее Govbook, но по соображениям благозвучности остановились на Gosbook
Сколько человек трудилось над проектом в самом начале и сейчас?
Мы вывели из работы одного программиста.
Какие основные этапы жизни проекта вы бы могли выделить?
Закрытое бета-тестирование — 2 месяца. Сейчас мы находимся в режиме открытого бета-тестирования.
Какие сложности приходилось преодолевать в разное время?
Очень сложно было понять, как сделать так, чтобы наши посетители могли ориентироваться в объеме информации. Надеемся, что после получения фидбэков мы окончательно решим эту задачу.
Как на начальном этапе раскручивались?
Мы анонсировали проект на Тверском экономическом форуме. Новость попала в прессу и мы получили начальную массу пользователей.
Что вы можете сказать об аудитории и посетителях?
Аудитория только собирается, но уже на портале много интересных лиц. Мы будем прикладывать усилия, чтобы их становилось больше.
Проект прибыльный? За счет чего?
Поскольку проект только запущен — об этом говорить рано
Была ли у вас с самого начала четко построенная бизнес-модель?
Думаю, это вопрос к моему руководству
Какие планы на дальнейшее развитие проекта?
На данный момент мы планируем пригласить на портал целевую аудиторию. Собственно, пользователи нам в этом помогают, используя механизм приглашений.
Какими русскими сервисами пользуетесь вы?

I keep thinking of the “splat” guns from S.M.Stirling and David Drake’s “General” series…each “magazine” could be a number of simplified breechs with cap and ball. More complex than using full bullets, but without the capability to make drawn brass rounds yet, completely workable. And a hell of a nasty surprise to any would-be boarders.
it! My husband and I rarely fought until Jack came along. Not that we fight all the time now, but from almost no fighting to more often fighting, well, there’s definitely been a change. If the personal computer’s motherboard is very current while there are no operating system issues, modernizing the memory literally takes under an hour or so. That looks pretty good, but if i was you i would add chest to one of those days, chest is important. for the protein question, you should take it 5-10 minutes after your workout. for extreme results take it before your workout, and after. and when i used to take creatine(helped alot)i would take it before i worked out. on the back of the bottle of protein it will say how many scoops you should put in to how many ounces of (milk,water,ect.) to use.hope i helped good luck!

One other thing I’d like to say is always that newer laptop or computer os’s are inclined to allow extra memory to be utilized, but they as well demand more storage simply to work. If a person’s computer could not handle more memory and the newest program requires that memory space increase, it usually is the time to buy a new Personal computer. Thanks

I used Unity for about a week, than switched to the Ubuntu Classic destop and added a Docky to the bottom of the screen. To me, like you, the flow pattern of Unity is really awkward and if you look at Gnome 3, it looks almost the same!BTW, I sampled the new Pinguy OS. FFD – the last time I used it, I had real photography of an object and needed to create a realistic reflection. I used a not-so-photo-real model and did my best to match the background plate using the C4D camera. Since it’s incredibly hard to get a CG camera to match a real camera if you haven’t planned for it, I used FFD to tweak the low res model to more precisely match the perspective distortion of the photo so the reflection would line up correctly. It would have been better to plan for it and use Photomatch, but if there was any planning, it never would have been getting the reflective floor treatment in the first place.SBG

okay I did that by putting cloth tag to a sphere ( low res, editable and without phong tag) then I’ve duplicate my sphere (with the cloth tag) and put it into an atom array and voila !you can change the cloth tag’s settings but they must be the same for the two spheres.Then if you put a collision (modyn) tag to the first sphere and to a cloner objet (with an object inside of course), and a ground with a collision (modyn) and cloth collision you gonna have that you want !

I have no personal interest in this, but most people I know who are either adoptees or birth parents feel more complete when the whole picture is known. I have two cousins who are adopted. One of them knows her birth parents, not a happy story but that is not the point. She has a birth-brother who she really enjoys knowing. She was the best daughter my dear aunt could have asked for. Her brother is still wishfully searching for for his birth mom. I know 3 birth mothers who ALL wanted to know where their children ended up.
Why aren't Americans interested in this election? It seems the majority of people I know don't care and most likely won't vote in November. Remember the last election? It seemed every car in town had some sort of political bumper sticker. Where has the passion? There's nothing worse than a mellow presidential election. This is no fun.
