Андрей Васильев и Дмитрий Дементьев о трекере энергии Maladets.com
Maladets.com — ресурс, который учит правильно питаться и помогает сбросить лишний вес. Ежедневно за пару минут вы указываете, что и когда сегодня съели, а также как и когда тратили энергию (работали, гуляли, занимались спортом). Сайт подсчитает «доходы и расходы» энергии и сделает вывод, прибавили ли в вы в весе или нет. Если вы за этот день приблизились к своей цели, вам присвоят статус «молодец». Если нет, то будете «не молодцом». Отсюда и название ресурса.
Создатели заявляют, что этот принцип простой и эффективный. И доказывают на своем примере. Один из них за пять лет сбросил 75 кг. А потом сделал с другом Maladets.com, чтобы помочь другим людям добиться того же.
Сегодня в радиорубке «Каталогра» идеологи сервиса Андрей Васильев (также проект-менеджер) и Дмитрий Дементьев (дизайнер интерфейса).

Зачем вообще худеть?
АНДРЕЙ: Это вопрос?
ДМИТРИЙ: Худеют для того, чтобы похудеть. Это же очевидно. :) Мотивы у всех разные. Кому отражение в зеркале не нравится, кто хочет влезть в джинсы, как у подруги (или влезть к подруге в джинсы), а кто понимает, что столько жира – это много и опасно для здоровья.
Насколько известно, путь к созданию Maladets.com был долгим и стоил Дмитрию 75 кг веса. Расскажите о нем. И почему вы, в конце концов, решили создать сайт?
АНДРЕЙ: Путь к созданию Maladets.com был единственно верным. А когда зарегистрировали домен, пути назад уже вообще не стало.
ДМИТРИЙ: Принцип построения таблицы элементов пришел Менделееву во сне. Так говорит притча. Принцип построения графика энергообмена пришел к нам, что характерно, во время еды.
В какой момент вы начали работать вместе?
АНДРЕЙ: Я придумал для Димы название fuckfood.ru, а он нарисовал мне в отместку логотип. Понятно, что победил я.
ДМИТРИЙ: Мы начали работать с Андреем за ужином. Андрей хорошо готовит. Почти как моя бабушка. «При такой-то снеди как не быть беседе?» ©. Вот и решили мы, что хватит умалчивать свои знания на кухнях и создали этот сервис. Тем более что я как раз нарисовал для Андрея логотип, и деваться было некуда.
Когда открылся сайт? Сколько человек на сегодня им пользуются? С какой скоростью растет их число?
АНДРЕЙ: Ответ Дмитрия считаю исчерпывающим.
ДМИТРИЙ: Казалось бы, к ответу Андрея нечего добавить, но тем не менее: официальный запуск был 1 октября 2011 года. Вышла статья на «Лепре». Этот день можно считать началом полноценной работы бета-версии. Сервис работал и до этого, но массовости не было, мы нигде не светили «Молодца».
На сайте заявлено, что Maladets.com – это «совершенно новый … путь в стройность, построенный на новом принципе контроля за лишней энергией». Что нового в этом принципе, если не считать его цифровое интернет-воплощение?
АНДРЕЙ: Да тут всё новое! Возьмите хотя бы наш дырокол — он тоже новый.
ДМИТРИЙ: Раньше люди ориентировались по звездам. Потом появился компас. А сейчас есть навигаторы. Мы изобрели навигатор по энергии. Но многие до сих пор идут по звездам. Часто ходят по кругу.
В «Макдональдс» есть ходите? Если да, то почему?
АНДРЕЙ: Да. Вкусно. С понедельника завяжу.
ДМИТРИЙ: В «Макдональдс» я хожу. Бывает, что заодно и поем :)
Наверное, вы и вегетарианством увлекаетесь? На ваш взгляд, есть ли вообще от вегетарианства прок?
АНДРЕЙ: Не считаю нужным впадать в крайности по любому поводу.
ДМИТРИЙ: Целесообразность устранения из рациона животного белка для меня лично — загадка. Ем, ел и буду есть всё и много.
Среди факторов, влияющих на массу тела, Maladets.com учитывает только питание и образ жизни. Однако от других масса тела зависит не менее сильно: от генетики и наследственности, недосыпания, стрессов. Как вы учитываете эти факторы?
АНДРЕЙ: Мы учитываем эти факторы, но на энергообмен они никак не влияют.
ДМИТРИЙ: Если в ружье нет патронов, оно не будет стрелять, даже если Вы учтете все факторы, влияющие на траекторию пули: боковой ветер, притяжение, плотность воздуха. Если нет лишней энергии, не важно, сколько Вы спали или какое у Вас настроение и генетика. Жиру просто неоткуда запасаться.
За минуту на счетчике стройности, что на главной странице, мелькнули Оксана, Катрина, Светлана, Елена, Анна, Наталья. Женщин на сервисе больше? Почему так? И действительно ли женщинам важнее следить за фигурой, чем мужчинам?
АНДРЕЙ: У нас достаточно демократичная регистрация, и имя себе можете взять любое.
ДМИТРИЙ: Если бы я был женщиной, я бы смог Вам ответить более точно. Но отвечу как мужчина: мне тоже важно следить за своей фигурой и здоровьем. И я это делаю, равно как и мои коллеги и друзья. К сожалению, современные басни о «настоящем мужчине» заставляют многих мужчин забивать на свое здоровье. Каждому своё.
На сайте одного из разработчиков Maladets.com написано, что он использует не Flash, а JavaScript, HTML и CSS. Чем же так плох Flash?
АНДРЕЙ: Flash в данной ситуации плох только отсутствием программиста на Flash.
ДМИТРИЙ: Я склонен считать, что каждый должен заниматься своим делом. Программист — программировать, графоман — говорить. А я — заниматься улучшением интерфейса. Поэтому доверяю техническую часть сервиса тому, кто ей занимается.
Что было самым сложным с момента открытия сайта?
АНДРЕЙ: Жить неделю в Бутово.
ДМИТРИЙ: Самое сложное было, когда «Молодец» упал на целый день. Мне было не посмотреть свой график :)
Почему вы не работаете над сложным трекером еды, а приучаете пользователей мыслить категориями и раскладывать все, что они едят, на составляющие?
АНДРЕЙ: Мы придумали инновационный метод учёта еды и его же и продвигаем. По-моему, это нормально. К тому же, метод себя оправдывает.
ДМИТРИЙ: Потому что так быстрее, проще и эффективнее. А заодно позволяет узнать, что конкретно Вы кладете в себя с прилавка.
Зачем нужны «задания», «уровни», «похвалы» и прочее?
АНДРЕЙ: Следующий вопрос.
ДМИТРИЙ: Затем же, зачем курсы, оценки и экзамены в институте. Для оценки прогресса. Ведь мы не жир отрезаем и килограммы, а обучаем методологии пожизненной стройности.
Какие будут ближайшие обновления проекта?
АНДРЕЙ: Проект меняется каждый час, каждую минуту. Ну вот, опять.
ДМИТРИЙ: Обновлений в бета-версии не будет. Мы работаем над «альфой» и над мобильным приложением. Функционал «альфы» поразит даже самых требовательных пользователей.
Едите ли вы на вашем рабочем месте, у компьютера? И что вы вообще думаете об этой привычке?
АНДРЕЙ: Вряд ли это в рамках привычки. Скорее, экономия времени.
ДМИТРИЙ: У кого там аппетит-то плохой? У больного. Ем всегда, везде и много. Надеюсь, и дальше так будет. :)
Сейчас идет много споров по поводу изучения религии в школах. А если религию заменить предметом, прививающим правильное отношение к продуктам? Чтобы дети могли сами понять, что полезно, а что вредно. Для них это будет намного полезнее, как думаете?
АНДРЕЙ: Это сейчас про какую страну идёт речь?
ДМИТРИЙ: Большая часть шаблонных стереотипов (такие, как «семейная предрасположенность», «надо меньше жрать», «не есть после шести», «разгрузочные дни» и прочий бред) — это от отсутствия элементарных знаний родителей о физиологии и питании. Они не могут дать своим детям стройность и здоровье, потому что сами не знают об этом ничего. Буду рад, если наша попытка компенсировать этот недостаток принесет пользу мамам, папам и их детям.
Какой один факт на тему здорового питания нужно знать каждому человеку?
АНДРЕЙ: Maladets.com
ДМИТРИЙ: Надо «жрать после шести».
Семён обожает лапшу быстрого приготовления и шпроты. Но вы на своем форуме пишете, что эти продукты – «ад». Семён вас спрашивает, почему так? И что еще отнести к этому аду?
АНДРЕЙ: Читайте состав продуктов, когда покупаете — это гораздо красноречивее любых форумов.
ДМИТРИЙ: Процитирую классику:

Для меня шпроты – «ад», потому что я лично считаю их таковыми. А что кушать лично каждому – личное дело каждого.
В Средние века полнота была одним из критериев красоты. Сейчас ее вытеснила стройность. Когда полнота снова будет в моде, как считаете, какие сайты появятся? Которые будут индексировать, кто съел больше остальных?
АНДРЕЙ: Всё это будет доступно на Maladets.com. Во все века.
ДМИТРИЙ: Всегда есть выбор, чему следовать в приоритете: здравому смыслу или моде. Я следую первому. Не сомневаюсь, что я такой не один.
Какие еще сайты и сервисы порекомендуете тем, кто хочет похудеть?
АНДРЕЙ: Начинается на «М». Восемь букв.
ДМИТРИЙ: Мне кажется, лучше пройтись пешком, чем читать сайты про то, как похудеть. :) Правда неплохо бы знать, что сжигаешь при этом жир, а не еду. Вот как это узнать, кроме как воспользовавшись «Молодцом», я не знаю. Но думаю, в ближайшее время появятся клоны. Тогда и буду их называть.
