Алина Кудрявцева, со-основатель онлайн-сервиса «ВашиПчелки — виртуальные личные помощники», рассказала о том, какие люди нужны для хорошей команды и как ей удалось реализовать свою мечту.
«ВашиПчелки» – это удобный сервис, с обширными возможностями, доступный когда Вам это необходимо, ориентированный на решение широкого круга бытовых и бизнес задач, не требующих личного участия заказчика.
Фактически, это новая разновидность аутсорсинговых услуг — передача дел виртуальными помощникам, называющимся так только по причине общения с ними через современные средства дистанционной коммуникации: телефон, сотовый, Интернет, SMS и электронные письма. Однако,за этим стоят живые люди, профессиональные и компетентные, выполняющие Ваши поручения оперативно и со знанием дела. Чаще всего виртуальные личные помощники справляются с делами гораздо лучше традиционных наемных рабочих.
Здравствуйте, Алина. Расскажите немного о себе – где родились, на кого учились и кем мечтали стать?
Я родилась в г. Санкт-Петербург. После окончания школы в 2002 году поступила в Государственный университет низкотемпературных и пищевых технологий, 2 года стажировалась в США. Как у каждого ребенка, у меня были свои мечты и цели, которые росли вместе с моим сознанием и складывающимися жизненными ситуациями. Свобода и энергия – для меня всегда были ключевыми во всем.
Скажите несколько слов о своей команде/компании.
Сейчас наша команда состоит из девяти человек. Каждый закрывает собой определенный сектор работ по проекту.
Большая часть команды это «Пчелки» (личные помощники ). Это высококвалифицированные специалисты, имеющие профессиональную подготовку и прошедшие обязательную аттестацию. Они работают больше, чем 8 часов в день и в любое время готовы выполнить поручения.
Сколько времени существует проект и сколько времени ушло на реализацию идеи?
Официально проект вышел в Интернет 13 октября 2011 года. Идея создания возникла в январе-феврале 2010, а конкретную работу по воплощению начали в июле 2010. Был проделан огромный объем работы от изучения ситуации и моделирования всех бизнес-процессов нашего сервиса до реализации всей технической части и программирования Call-центра, СRМ системы, сайта с его обширным функционалом.
Это Ваш первый успешный проект?
Да, первый. Проект «ВашиПчелки» первый успешный пример того, что в России могут появляться самостоятельные проекты с большими перспективами.
Это говорит только о том, что нужно не бояться своих идей и всегда двигаться вперед. Откуда взялась идея создать проект?
Имея за плечами 8 летний опыт работы личным помощником в двух крупных компаниях Санкт-Петербурга я была не понаслышке знакома со всеми трудностями, которые ожидают новичка в этой сфере. Необходимо постоянно на интуитивном уровне догадываться, что необходимо руководству в данный момент, уметь подстраиваться под его настроение, знаете, быть «своей в доску», хотя ты и женщина)
В определенный момент пришло осознание, что надо двигаться дальше, стремиться к большему. В этом плане, конечно, огромное спасибо супругу, Дмитрию Кудрявцеву, также основателю проекта «ВашиПчелки». Фактически мы сублимировали мой опыт и навыки, зарубежные наработки в этой области, которые были подчеркнуты Дмитрием во-время учебы в Австралии, и взяли за основу уже существовавший к тому моменту ЦОВ клиентов Дмитрия.
Мы подумали, а почему бы не дать людям возможность нанять личного помощника для решения своих рутинных дел не организуя ему рабочее место, да и что тут скрывать, не платя ему в среднем по 60 000 рублей в месяц за работу.
«ВашиПчелки» — проект, способный дать людям больше свободы, в том числе свободы выбора и управления личным временем.
С чем сталкивается стартап в первые дни/месяцы своего существования?
Конечно, были и финансовые трудности и проблемы с персоналом. Финансирование проекта шло на свои личные средства. Очень важно начиная любой проект, четко себе представлять конечный, желаемый результат.
Вот так родился еще один успешный стартап в Интернет.
Каким образом происходит «раскрутка»? Много ли внимания уделяется пиару в соц.сетях? Каким образом привлекаются посетители на сайт?
Что касается продвижения в Интернет, то схема простая – рекламная сеть Яндекс +Google. Мы постоянно ищем новые места размещения рекламы и экспериментируем с ними. Мы также активно работаем с соц. сетями, т.к. считаем интернет-пиар в социальных сообществах мощным инструментом.
Вцелом вы довольны результатами работы над проектом? Хочется что-то изменить/добавить?
Всегда есть к чему стремиться. Мы все время стараемся придумывать какие-то “фишки” для нашего проекта. Всем известно, что новое слишком быстро становится старым в наше время.
