Интервью с генеральным директором ООО «Скиллопедия», Александром Буртником состоялось 20 сентября 2008 года.
Здравствуйте, Александр. Не могли бы вы рассказать как появилась Скиллопедия? Для каких целей она создавалась?
Здравствуйте. Скиллопедия — коммерческий проект, созданный в рамках бизнес-инкубатора HSE5K, в котором посчастливилось участвовать нашей команде. Цель запуска ресурса, естественно, попытка создать успешный с коммерческой точки зрения проект, который будет интересен пользователям. И безусловно нам приятно, что наш сайт, помимо развлекательной составляющей, несет и просветительские функции.
Были ли на момент появления какие-то аналогичные зарубежные или русские проекты, на которые вы как-то ровнялись?
В рунете аналогичных проектов на момент нашего старта не было, да и на данный момент их нет. Говоря о западных аналогах, безусловно можно выделить ряд ресурсов, но создавая наш сайт мы не задавались целью сделать копию с успешно работающей западной модели. Мы создали свой, уникальный функционал и заложили в сайт свои, оригинальные идеи.
Почему именно такое название, как оно родилось?
Название было выбрано более чем из полусотни вариантов. Skill плюс encyclopaedia, в переводе навык и энциклопедия или энциклопедия навыков. Красивое интернетное название.
Сколько человек трудилось над проектом в самом начале и сейчас?
Боюсь, что подсчитать точную цифру специалистов задействованных в работе не реально. Но в любом случае их больше сотни. Дело в том, что мы, как интернет компания, с удовольствием работаем по принципу аутсорсинга, сосредоточивая в офисе лишь менеджмент и базовое производство, предпочитая отдавать небольшие задачи сторонним специалистам. Говоря о пропорциях сотрудников до запуска проекта и сейчас, то безусловно штат был существенно сокращен, что вполне логично.
Какие основные этапы жизни проекта вы бы могли выделить?
Пока было всего два этапа. До запуска и после него. Совсем скоро мы готовимся к новому релизу проекта и приуроченной к этому рекламной кампании.
Какие сложности возникали во время работы над Скиллопедией?
Практически все с которыми сталкивается любой бизнес, решивший вести свою деятельность в строгом соответствии с законодательством, плюс технические вопросы, которые не обходят стороной ни одну ИТ компанию. Не думаю, что наши проблемы в чем то уникальны. Рабочие вопросы, которые решаются в рабочем порядке.
На чем работает сайт?
PHP 5, ngnx, sphinx
Есть ли у сайта какие-либо награды?
Нет. Сайт сейчас в состоянии бета-версии, рекламной кампании небыло и всенародной любви мы пока не достигли. О наградах можно будет говорить в недалеком, надеюсь, будущем, когда мы реализуем всю ту функциональность, которую заложили в ресурс.
Как на начальном этапе раскручивались? На сколько известно реклама была не только в сети.
Дело в том, что пока проект не расскручивался. Совсем. Мы сейчас пробуем разные форматы общения с аудиторией и ищем наш, оптимальный путь промоушена. Что же касается офлайновой рекламы, то да, были биллборды по Москве, но мы не рассчитывали таким способом привлечь аудиторию. В этом случае цель кампании была направлена на создание и продвижение нашей торговой марки, а также правильное позицирование самого ресурса.
Есть ли у проекта инвестор?
Да. Это Дмитрий Молчанов, генеральный директор компании Домострой, кроме нас известный в интернете такими проектами, как например Дом.Ру, Around Me, и некоторыми другими.
Что вы можете сказать о численности аудитории, количеству загружаемых уроков? Какой контент больше всего нравится посетителям?
Я повторюсь, что мы сейчас фактически находимся в режиме сбора и анализа статистики, по этому говорить о численности аудитории не совсем корректно, особенно сопоставляя ее с теми цифрами на которые мы ориентируемся в будущем. По предпочтениям аудитории первичные выводы уже есть. Как не удивительно, пользователи предпочитают серьезные уроки, развлекательным. Массаж, ремонт, бизнес-тренинги. Смотрите на сайте.
Skillopedia — проект прибыльный? За счет чего?
Пока нет. То есть пока даже нет такой задачи. Монетизация дело будущего, а сейчас все наши усилия сосредоточены на запуске второй версии функциональности сайта.
Была ли у вас с самого начала четко построенная бизнес-модель?
Да, безусловно. Проект венчурный и инвестиции предоставлялись под бизнес-план. Финансовая модель развития это, можно сказать, фундамент нашего проекта.
Бывают ли какие-либо мероприятия, конкурсы?
Бывают и будут! И пользовательские и спонсорские. Уже сейчас мы попробовали поработать с разными компаниями и посмотреть на реакцию посетителей и безусловно в самом ближайшем времени запустим массу интересных эвентов. Следите за нашими новостями.
Какими русскими сервисами пользуетесь вы?
rambler.ru, aroundme.ru, price.ru, moikrug.ru.
Можно узнать о ближайших планах? Что стоит ожидать нового на проекте?
Нового будет очень много. Практически с самого момента запуска, мая месяца, мы смотрели на поведение пользователей и пытались понять, как нам улучшить проект. Сейчас готовится к запуску обновленная версия сайта, которая на порядок увеличит полезность и интересность нашего ресурса.
Как вы охарактеризуете Скиллопедию в нескольких словах?
Для нас это прежде всего инструмент для общения между профессионалами, для кого-то база знаний, для других сервис позволяющий с пользой провести время. Каждому свое.

Good blog post. A few things i would like to contribute is that pc memory is required to be purchased if your computer still cannot cope with anything you do with it. One can deploy two good old ram boards of 1GB each, as an example, but not certainly one of 1GB and one having 2GB. One should look for the company’s documentation for the PC to ensure what type of ram it can take.

I hold this secret fantasy that, because of their friendship, Jon Stewart convinced Michael Patrick King to wreck the movie. It may never be true, but dammit, I want it to be. The idea that the film is more a brutal stealth parody of the series as a whole makes it more palatable to read about.I hold out hope that the DVD will have a Easter Egg for any of the few that bu it: Stewart and the Daily Show Choir doing a lovely rendition of "Go F*$K Yourselves".
